These Are a Few of My Favorite Things…

I thought I’d take a little break from posting new items to the website and planning our next video to update you guys on what’s new. It’s been a while since we’ve posted a real blog entry on here that wasn’t a simple promotion for some event so this is me making up for that fact. Especially since this blog is kind of my baby and I’ve obviously been a terrible mother. My bad.

Anyway, in the last few months I have mostly been focusing on filming and editing the videos for our YouTube channel and have been super busy adding new content to the website. And since it’s been a bit since I showed you guys anything from there I thought it might be nice to share some of my favorites.MjYxRDU2NUE1NUM1QzgzOTNDNkY6YmE4MmM4ODkzN2UwOTU3MzA5ZDdlMzA1ZjAwYzI2MTY6Ojo6OjA=

The above beautiful creature is a Kingsville Boxwood. I honestly don’t even know what I can say about it other than just “LOOK AT IT!” It’s gorgeous. My favorite tree that I have encountered so far. It’s here on the website if you’d like to see more images of it. Or you know, you could buy it so that I stop staring at it. It’s becoming unhealthy.

And then we have these which are simple and cute. Perfect for someone like me who is still learning. These are actually up on our Etsy page for right now and are being offered with free shipping and a bunch of awesome extra stuff to go along with them. See them here.

Seriously though, these are being sold with three different sizes of wire and some awesome tools (and a bonsai book, clay figurine, etc), I can definitely see these selling out fast for Father’s Day (or maybe even graduation gifts, they would be perfect for a dorm).

And here are a few that were added to the website yesterday. (One, Two,Three, and Four.)

I guess that’s it for today but just as a reminder here are a few things we have going on right now:

  • On June 20th we will have an all day Beginner Bonsai Class with Jason.
  • The continuation of our Bonsai Pest Control video series on YouTube. Parts 1 and 2 are already up and you can find them here. Expect Part 3 in the next week or so.
  • We have Juniper stock (in 9 inch training pots) for sale right now on the website, $20 off the regular price.
